In the third quarter of 2025, the top news and magazine apps on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics based on Sensor Tower data.

X from X Corp. saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $10.7K in early September. Downloads reached a high of 124K in the same period, while active users fluctuated around 10M, with a peak of 11.4M in early September.

Consulta Benefício by Tazoa Apps experienced a varied download trend, starting with 8K and peaking at 35.8K in July. Active users showed a similar pattern, rising to 55.6K by the end of July before stabilizing around 45K.

G1 Portal de Notícias da Globo maintained steady downloads, with a significant spike to 37.5K in August. Active users remained strong, averaging around 1.8M, with a notable increase to 2M in early September.
